Team Managers - Serve as liason between parents, coaches and NCYFH Board
Responsibilities:
Check the website and call the Fields Hotline if weather looks questionable on practice and game days.
Communicate schedule, field, and weather-related changes to the team.
Notify Coach when players are unable to make a game.
At home games, text referee name(s) to NCYFH Treasurer via WhatsApp for payment (or have Game Parent do it).
Contact NCYFH Equipment Coordinator if team medical kit needs to be replenished.
Work with all other Team Managers to throw End-of-season Banquet.
Team Photographers- Capture photos of team throughout the season
Responsibilities:
Take photos (or find someone to take them) at practices, games and special events
Submit photos electronically to NCYFH Communications & Social Media Coordinator
Safety Parents- Sit on the sidelines of field (not in car or outside of fence) to assist all teams practicing during assigned times
Responsibilities:
Arrive at practice 15 minutes early
Bring charged cell phone, chair, book, etc.
Locate red first aid kit (includes notebook with players' emergency contact info) hanging from fence at mid-field and sit next to it (leave on fence after practice - Equipment Coordinator will pick up after last practice of the evening)
In the event of an injury, help with ice packs & bandages (call 911 and/or parent if necessary)
Remind players to pick up bottles & garbage
Stay until the last player has been picked up
Game Parents- Stand on the sidelines with the team at games
Responsibilities:
Obtain first aid kit (includes notebook with players' emergency contact info) from ball bag
In the event of an injury, help with ice packs & bandages (call 911 and/or parent if necessary)
Keep track of score & time if there is no field clock
